2-3.30pm Your teenage brain: facts and feelings (for young people)
5-6pm A self-reflection craft activity (for everyone. Available all week; craft packs available upon request)
5-6pm Therapets: paws against stress virtual event (for everyone)
6-7pm Your mental health: Q & A with Brian Costello (for everyone)
2-3.30pm Working alongside the teen brain (for parents/carers)
7-8pm Intro to choice theory (for everyone)
1.30-3pm The art of allowing (for young people)
6-7pm A wellbeing workshop for mums
